ZENA LYKOURIA

Zena Lykouria is currently studying art in Sixth Form. She’s been interested in art since she was a child and will be pursuing it in her future. She likes drawing and painting because it frees her mind, releasing it from anxiety. Art became a meditative practice of present moment awareness where the only thing that exists in that moment is the artist and the drawing. She is fascinated with fairytales and Greek mythology, which inspire her art since they allow her to reconnect with her German and Greek cultural roots.
